Gent aan de Schinkel heeft naast de vaste bierkaart altijd wisslende bieren. Naast Belgische bieren serveren we ook lokale bieren. Het maakt eigenlijk niet uit waar ze vandaan komen; het draait om craft!
We streven ernaar dat jij bij elk bezoek weer nieuw bier kan proeven.
Er staan bieren in de koelkast die je misschien regelmatig drinkt, maar er zijn ook bieren voor de self proclaimed beergeek en fijnproever. Dit is mega suf om te zeggen, maar we doen het toch: we hebben voor ieder wat wils.

Paranoia - Hazy Pale Ale - 5.6%
Hyugye Paranoia Hazy Pale Ale is a juicy, clouded pale ale with tropical fruit flavors and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Second Date - Rock City / 7.5% / DIPA
Second Date is a "Refurbished" Double IPA with an alcohol content of 7.5%, brewed using hops that were previously used in an earlier IPA. This new creation is then heavily dry-hopped with a massive amount of fresh hops.
Dusky - De Kromme Haring / 4% / Sour Session IPA
De Kromme Haring Dusky is a refreshing Sour Session IPA from the Utrecht-based brewery De Kromme Haring. This beer replaces traditional bitterness with a gentle sourness and is brewed with different hop combinations in each edition; in this variant, Mosaic and Amarillo hops are used. With an alcohol content of 4%, Dusky is a highly drinkable beer with a light sour and fruity taste.
Rochefort 8 - Rochefort / 9.2% / Tripel
Rochefort 8, with its 9.2% alcohol content, is a powerful Trappist beer. Brewed in an authentic Trappist monastery, it proudly carries the "Authentic Trappist Product" label. This dark beer is incredibly rich in flavor, featuring the fruitiness of dark fruits, plums, and figs. Additionally, the Rochefort 8 has a spiciness and, of course, a sweetness from caramel and roasted malt. It is one of the most highly regarded beers worldwide—an undisputed top choice!
Crank the Juice - Moersleutel / 5.5% / NEIPA
Crank the Juice is a smooth, hoppy and hazy golden juice in a can! This hazy IPA is the equivalent of a well filled basket of exotic fruits. For this beer Moersleutel used a combination of Citra and Mosaic hops to give it a tropical and citrussy flavor. Crank the Juice has many fans and is a steady hero in our Moersleutel core range.
Grand Cru - St. Feuillien / 9.5% / Strong Pale Ale
This extra-blond ale undergoes bottle refermentation, resulting in a beer with unforgettable character. Its aroma bursts with hoppy, fruity notes of pear and white grape. Dry and well-balanced, it offers a crisp bitterness, subtle malt character, and exceptional drinkability.
Saison Dupont - Brasserie Dupont / 6.5% / Blond Ale
The legendary Saison Dupont. Brewed since 1844 in the farm-brewery, it has since made a name for itself around the world! Regarded as a classic Belgian seasonal ale, this traditional beer was designed to quench the thirst of seasonal farm workers. Brewed in winter, it was left to ferment for several months in wooden barrels before being served in summer.

Grisette Tripel Bio / 8% / Tripel
Grisette Tripel Bio Gluten-Free is part of the famous family of Belgian Tripel beers. The beer stands out with a unique personality in both aroma and taste, defined by a distinctive blend of classicism and modernity. This bottle-conditioned, top-fermented beer has a subtle aroma profile and a clear, warm blonde amber color with a beautiful shine. The foam head is fine and compact.
