Craft Beer

Gent aan de Schinkel heeft naast de vaste bierkaart altijd wisslende bieren. Naast Belgische bieren serveren we ook lokale bieren. Het maakt eigenlijk niet uit waar ze vandaan komen; het draait om craft!

We streven ernaar dat jij bij elk bezoek weer nieuw bier kan proeven.

Er staan bieren in de koelkast die je misschien regelmatig drinkt, maar er zijn ook bieren voor de self proclaimed beergeek en fijnproever. Dit is mega suf om te zeggen, maar we doen het toch: we hebben voor ieder wat wils.

    Blurred Lines - NEIPA - 5.3%

    Cloudy, fruity, and juicy! With aromas of citrus, passion fruit, peach, pineapple, and mango. Full-bodied and cloudy due to the use of barley, wheat, and oats. Lots of hoppy and tropical fruit notes and a slight bitterness. The fresher, the better.

      Adriaan Wit - White beer - 5%

      Jopen Adriaan Wit is a fresh and light white beer brewed with wheat, oats, and a blend of fine herbs. The soft, fresh taste transitions into fruity notes of coriander seed and Curaçao peel. Ideal on a warm day: thirst-quenching, light, and flavorful.


      Sunny Dayr - Blond - 6%

      Enjoy the refreshing taste of a typical slight bitterness with a delicious tropical aftertaste of pineapple, passion fruit, mango, and grapefruit. If that doesn't quench your thirst, we don't know what will… Celebrate the sunny days with this beer full of tropical and hoppy goodness. Because how good is a nice cold glass of beer on a warm, sunny day? Cheers!



      Gua've got the Love - Session IPA - 3.5%

      A Fruited Session IPA brewed together with Garage Beer Co. in Barcelona. Light in alcohol, big in flavor, and made for long summer days.

      From the first sip, you taste a tropical mix of juicy guava and ripe peach. The Peacherine and El Dorado hops provide fresh aromas and a smooth, fruity finish. With only 3.5% alcohol, this is a beer you will easily pour yourself another sip.

      Cheesecake Sour - Pastry Sour - 4.5%

      Brewed in collaboration with Scottish Vault City Brewing, this pastry sour offers a delightfully creamy and sweet-sour taste experience, inspired by classic cheesecake. Expect a luxurious texture with fruity acidity and a soft, dessert-like finish.




      Nonnetje IPA 0.5% - Alcoholfree IPA - 0.5%


      Jopen Non IPA is Jopen's first low-alcohol beer. Thanks to the use of a special yeast strain, hardly any sugars are converted into alcohol during the brewing process. Additionally, we have added a lot of hops, making this IPA flavorful and fruity. And that is, of course, what you want with an IPA. To give the beer a real Haarlem touch, we used three different grains. In the Middle Ages, every Haarlem beer had to be brewed with barley, wheat, and oats. The result: a fruity, malty, and slightly bitter beer.
