Craft Beer

Gent aan de Schinkel heeft naast de vaste bierkaart altijd wisslende bieren. Naast Belgische bieren serveren we ook lokale bieren. Het maakt eigenlijk niet uit waar ze vandaan komen; het draait om craft!

We streven ernaar dat jij bij elk bezoek weer nieuw bier kan proeven.

Er staan bieren in de koelkast die je misschien regelmatig drinkt, maar er zijn ook bieren voor de self proclaimed beergeek en fijnproever. Dit is mega suf om te zeggen, maar we doen het toch: we hebben voor ieder wat wils.

Meyer - Hazy IPA - 6.3%

A dashing, hazy IPA, with extra juiciness from Eukuanot, Citra and Simcoe Cryo hops. Like any great friend, you’ll want to hook up with Meyer again and again.

Smuling - IPA - 6.5%

Smooth, crisp and considered. Smuling is a Westcoast IPA with style, proud of its bold hop character and pronounced citrus and piney flavors. Because good taste is timeless.

Wildt - Witbier - 5.5%

Lots of flair, but no fuss. Wildt’s loving character and smooth personality invite others to freely explore their wild side. Because what’s life without a little extravagance?

Marle - Blond - 6.5%

Bold, blonde and proud. Brewed with a touch of herbs, this refreshing blonde clearly stands out from the traditional crowd. Marle aims to be pure but is too passionate to be a saint.

Hilly - Hoppy Sour Ale - 5%

Peer into the glass, what do you see? Hilly does things her own way. This beer is brewed as a ‘raw ale’ then kettle-soured and finally dry hopped with Simcoe Cryo and Amarillo hops. Refreshing, sour and hoppy!

Freij - Alcohol-vrij IPA - 0.5%

Always on the road, Freij is curious to embrace all that lies ahead. This adventurous non-alcoholic IPA is a perfect companion wherever you go.
