Craft Beer

Gent aan de Schinkel heeft naast de vaste bierkaart altijd wisslende bieren. Naast Belgische bieren serveren we ook lokale bieren. Het maakt eigenlijk niet uit waar ze vandaan komen; het draait om craft!

We streven ernaar dat jij bij elk bezoek weer nieuw bier kan proeven.

Er staan bieren in de koelkast die je misschien regelmatig drinkt, maar er zijn ook bieren voor de self proclaimed beergeek en fijnproever. Dit is mega suf om te zeggen, maar we doen het toch: we hebben voor ieder wat wils.

    Elixer - NEIPA - 6.4%


    After endless experimentation and a little help from the gods, we finally discovered the formula for the perfect ELIXER! The magical ingredient is CRYO hops, a specially developed hop product that really lets the hop flavors 'pop'! Complimented with Citra and Simcoe varieties you're in for one epic flavor experience! The body of the beer is soft and the finish is smooth.

      Loki - Golden IPA - 5.5%

      A refreshing IPA brewed with pale malts and modern hops. Dryhopped with Mosaic for that grassy citrus aroma!

      Njord - Hazy Pale Ale - 5.5%

      A thirst quenching pale ale with a soft body from malted oats and a fresh hop aroma from the Ekuanot and Chinook varieties.

      Oceanus - Sour - 3.8%

      This fruited sour is light, crisp, and maximally refreshing. Lemon and lime bring the acidity clearly to the fore, while a touch of sea salt deepens the freshness without becoming heavy. At 3.7 percent alcohol, this beer remains lean and thirst-quenching.

      Nabu - Tropical IPA - 6%

      NABU is a tropical IPA with copious amounts of juicy Mango to complement the El Dorado and Citra hops that make this a perfect beer for the warmer days approaching. Sip it in your backyard or on your balcony in the Spring sunshine. Seasonal: Spring


      Luna - Alcoholfree IPA - 0.5%

      Brewed with our favorite hop varieties Centennial, Chinook, and Cascade. This way, you enjoy fresh citrus aromas and a nice bitterness, even on days when you want to stay clear-headed. Ideal for when you want to take it easy and avoid hangovers.
