Craft Beer

Gent aan de Schinkel heeft naast de vaste bierkaart altijd wisslende bieren. Naast Belgische bieren serveren we ook lokale bieren. Het maakt eigenlijk niet uit waar ze vandaan komen; het draait om craft!

We streven ernaar dat jij bij elk bezoek weer nieuw bier kan proeven.

Er staan bieren in de koelkast die je misschien regelmatig drinkt, maar er zijn ook bieren voor de self proclaimed beergeek en fijnproever. Dit is mega suf om te zeggen, maar we doen het toch: we hebben voor ieder wat wils.

Hyugye Brouwerij - Delirium Noel - Strong Dark Ale – 10%

A seasonal Belgian Strong Dark Ale brewed by Huyghe Brewery for Christmas time, pouring deep amber-red with a creamy head. It features rich, complex aromas and flavours of dark fruits, caramel malt, warm spices (like cinnamon and clove), and a sweet-spicy finish with subtle citrus and hop notes.

A botanically brewed alcohol-free wheat beer with bright citrus and fruit flavours from reclaimed orange and lemon peels, crisp and refreshing.

Uiltje Bird of Prey - IPA - 0.2%

A fruity, hop-forward non-alcoholic IPA that remains refreshing and flavourful with tropical/citrus notes, designed to stay light and drinkable.

Gebrouwen door Vrouwen Bloesem Bluf - Blond - 0.5%

A gentle blond beer with floral and subtle sweet notes from elderflower, smooth and easy-drinking with low alcohol.

La Chouffe - Blond - 0.4%

Alcohol-free version of the classic Belgian blond ale with fresh, fruity profiles and a hint of spice, offering a golden brew with a soft finish.
