Craft Beer

Gent aan de Schinkel heeft naast de vaste bierkaart altijd wisslende bieren. Naast Belgische bieren serveren we ook lokale bieren. Het maakt eigenlijk niet uit waar ze vandaan komen; het draait om craft!

We streven ernaar dat jij bij elk bezoek weer nieuw bier kan proeven.

Er staan bieren in de koelkast die je misschien regelmatig drinkt, maar er zijn ook bieren voor de self proclaimed beergeek en fijnproever. Dit is mega suf om te zeggen, maar we doen het toch: we hebben voor ieder wat wils.

WALHALLA TAKEOVER (11/08 - 24/08) :

Elixer - NEIPA – 6%

After endless experimentation and a little help from the gods, we finally discovered the formula for the perfect ELIXER! The magical ingredient is CRYO hops, a specially developed hop product that really lets the hop flavors 'pop'! Complimented with Citra and Simcoe varieties you're in for one epic flavor experience! The body of the beer is soft and the finish is smooth.

Njord – Hazy Pale Ale – 5%

A thirst quenching pale ale with a soft body from malted oats and a fresh hop aroma from the Ekuanot and Chinook varieties.
NJORD is the Norse god of the sea and the guardian of sailors.

Nabu – Mango IPA – 6%

Named after the Sumerian god of scripture, wisdom and plentiful harvests. He can look into the future and we hope he sees better times to come.

NABU is a tropical IPA with copious amounts of juicy Mango to complement the El Dorado and Citra hops that make this a perfect beer for the warmer days approaching.

Loki – Golden IPA – 5.5%

For the hazy IPA lovers out there, we have you covered! Deze non-alcoholic NEIPA is troebel, fruitig en juicy. Het bier zit vol tropische smaken en heeft een klein bittertje. A juicy IPA experience, but without the alcohol.

Set – Fruited Sour – 5%

Not single, not double, but triple fruited is this kettle sour that will make you feel like you're on a tropical island.
