Gent aan de Schinkel heeft naast de vaste bierkaart altijd wisslende bieren. Naast Belgische bieren serveren we ook lokale bieren. Het maakt eigenlijk niet uit waar ze vandaan komen; het draait om craft!
We streven ernaar dat jij bij elk bezoek weer nieuw bier kan proeven.
Er staan bieren in de koelkast die je misschien regelmatig drinkt, maar er zijn ook bieren voor de self proclaimed beergeek en fijnproever. Dit is mega suf om te zeggen, maar we doen het toch: we hebben voor ieder wat wils.

Lindeboom - Bock - Bock – 6.5%
Lindeboom Bock is a traditional Dutch bock beer with a deep ruby-brown color and a full, malty character. Warming and well-balanced, it’s a classic autumn and winter beer that showcases the craftsmanship of the Lindeboom brewery.
Sancti Adalberti - Abdijbock - Bock – 6.5%
A robust Dutch bock beer brewed in Egmond, inspired by the monastery’s centuries-old traditions. It pours a deep mahogany color and reveals inviting aromas of caramel, roasted malt, and a touch of dried fruit. The flavor is rich and smooth, with notes of toffee, nuts, and subtle spices, balanced by a gentle bitterness. A warming, full-bodied beer that perfectly captures the spirit of the season.
La Trappe - Bockbier – Bock – 7%
A rich and authentic Trappist bock, brewed by the monks of De Koningshoeven Abbey in the Netherlands. It has a deep reddish-brown color and a full, malty aroma with hints of caramel, dark fruit, and roasted grains. The taste is complex and smooth — a harmonious blend of sweetness, mild bitterness, and gentle spice — finishing warm and satisfying. A true seasonal classic with a distinctive Trappist character.
Brasserie du Bocq - Galouise – Amber Pale Ale – 5.5%
A smooth, easy-drinking amber ale with a deep reddish hue and creamy white head. Aromas of caramel, hazelnut, and a touch of orange zest blend with subtle hints of licorice. Lightly bitter, with malty sweetness balanced by gentle hops. Clean, rounded finish—refreshing yet full of character.
Affligem - Dubbel – Dubbel – 6.7%
Affligem Dubbel is a traditional Belgian dubbel-style abbey beer brewed by the Affligem Brewery. It has a deep brown color with ruby highlights, a rich malty aroma, and flavors of caramel, dark fruit, and a hint of spice. With an ABV of 6.7%, it’s smooth, full-bodied, and balanced with mild bitterness and a warm finish.
Brasserie de la Senne - Stouterik – Stout – 4.5%
A Belgian dry stout brewed by Brasserie de la Senne in Brussels. It pours a deep, almost black color with a creamy tan head and releases aromas of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and subtle earthy hops. The flavor is dry and well-balanced, combining roasted malt bitterness with hints of cocoa and espresso. Light in body yet full of character, Stouterik is a smooth, sessionable stout with a distinctly Belgian twist.
De Halve Maan - Straffe Hendrix – Tripel – 9%
