Craft Beer

Gent aan de Schinkel heeft naast de vaste bierkaart altijd wisslende bieren. Naast Belgische bieren serveren we ook lokale bieren. Het maakt eigenlijk niet uit waar ze vandaan komen; het draait om craft!

We streven ernaar dat jij bij elk bezoek weer nieuw bier kan proeven.

Er staan bieren in de koelkast die je misschien regelmatig drinkt, maar er zijn ook bieren voor de self proclaimed beergeek en fijnproever. Dit is mega suf om te zeggen, maar we doen het toch: we hebben voor ieder wat wils.

TWO CHEFS TAKEOVER  (02/06 - 15/06) :

Bon Chef - NEIPA – 5%

This charmingly smooth New England IPA is so refreshing it hits the spot anytime, anywhere. It’s totally smashable, delightfully juicy, with a creamy body and low-key bitterness. A delicious blend of hops blesses this brew with intensely hoppy aromas and mighty fruity flavors. Think passionfruit, melon, and lychee - with grassy notes and a dash of sweetness. A proper hazy NEIPA with a smooth mouthfeel that you can drink down effortlessly, time and again.

White Mamba – Witbier – 5%

Sssensational spices in a surprisingly refreshing and sessssionable wheat beer! Cardamom, lime leaves and coriander are balanced beautifully in this wheat beer, creating hypnotic aromas and a slightly bitter aftertaste with a little sourness. This light snake has delightful, light, citrusy venom for you to savor between sips while it slowly gets you twisted.

Green Bullet – IPA – 6.5%

Pow! Pow! Green Bullet is armed to the teeth with no less than six varieties of hops and has been blowing taste buds away with full-bodied flavors and audacious aromas since 2012. It’s bursting with the pleasant scents of bouquets of blooming flowers and freshly cut grass, paired with flavorful fruity notes of wild peach, citrus, and grapefruit. The sheer amount of hops in this brew gives it a lush character, distinct bitterness, and a long yet fresh finish that you can either savor or slam.

Steep Dreams – Peach and Lemon Sour – 5.5%

Steep dreams will take you to a state of pure bliss! This ultra-refreshing take on classic peach iced tea blends the juicy sweetness of ripe peaches with the smooth, earthy essence of black tea. Crisp, slightly dry, and perfectly balanced, it's a sip of sunshine in every glass. perfectly brewed to a tea!

Bon Chef 0.5% – NEIPA – 0.5%

The culinary world is all about freshness, so of course we made sure that the passion fruit aromas, grassy vibes and that smooth, hazy body of everyman's friend Bon Chef also pops out at you in this non-alcoholic variant. The only difference? You stay as sharp as a chef with eight arms and endless flair. Très bon, chef!

Second Date - Rock City / 7.5% / DIPA

Second Date is a "Refurbished" Double IPA with an alcohol content of 7.5%, brewed using hops that were previously used in an earlier IPA. This new creation is then heavily dry-hopped with a massive amount of fresh hops.


Crank the Juice - Moersleutel / 5.5% /  NEIPA

Crank the Juice is a smooth, hoppy and hazy golden juice in a can! This hazy IPA is the equivalent of a well filled basket of exotic fruits. For this beer Moersleutel used a combination of Citra and Mosaic hops to give it a tropical and citrussy flavor. Crank the Juice has many fans and is a steady hero in our Moersleutel core range

Glutenvrije bieren:

Grisette Tripel Bio / 8% / Tripel

Grisette Tripel Bio Gluten-Free is part of the famous family of Belgian Tripel beers. The beer stands out with a unique personality in both aroma and taste, defined by a distinctive blend of classicism and modernity. This bottle-conditioned, top-fermented beer has a subtle aroma profile and a clear, warm blonde amber color with a beautiful shine. The foam head is fine and compact.
