Gent aan de Schinkel heeft naast de vaste bierkaart altijd wisslende bieren. Naast Belgische bieren serveren we ook lokale bieren. Het maakt eigenlijk niet uit waar ze vandaan komen; het draait om craft!

We streven ernaar dat jij bij elk bezoek weer nieuw bier kan proeven.

Er staan bieren in de koelkast die je misschien regelmatig drinkt, maar er zijn ook bieren voor de self proclaimed beergeek en fijnproever. Dit is mega suf om te zeggen, maar we doen het toch: we hebben voor ieder wat wils.

Bon Chef - NEIPA - 5%

This charmingly smooth New England IPA is so refreshing it hits the spot anytime, anywhere. It’s totally smashable, delightfully juicy, with a creamy body and low-key bitterness. A delicious blend of hops blesses this brew with intensely hoppy aromas and mighty fruity flavors. Think passionfruit, melon, and lychee - with grassy notes and a dash of sweetness. A proper hazy NEIPA with a smooth mouthfeel that you can drink down effortlessly, time and again.

White Mamba - White beer - 5.5%

Sensational spices in a surprisingly refreshing and sessssionable wheat beer! Cardamom, lime leaves and coriander are balanced beautifully in this wheat beer, creating hypnotic aromas and a slightly bitter aftertaste with a little sourness. This light snake has delightful, light, citrusy venom for you to savor between sips while it slowly gets you twisted.

Golden Groove - Blond - 6.5%

A tight combination of lager and blonde, as smooth as the moves of a shredding centaur. This beer throws you a sparkling, subtly malty base with a delicate touch of citrus that tantalises your senses. Every sip gives you a colourful boost: invigorating, characterising and as perfectly balanced as a roller skate on an endless gravel. Whether you need to get out of the rut or are just totally in your groove, this almost orange beer will colour your day and sparkle with energy. Live it up!

Alpha Unit - IPA - 7%

a juicy and approachable profile packed with citrus and stone fruit. Think orange, mandarin, and ripe apricot, complemented by light peach notes and a subtle floral touch. The finish is fresh and gently spicy, with a soft yet distinct bitterness that keeps everything nicely balanced. An aromatic IPA that is both clean and expressive.

Bright Blast - Fruit Sour - 7%

Bright Blast hits you head-on with a fresh kick of tart rhubarb, followed by juicy pomegranate and a hint of fresh orange peel. The vibrant acidity plays perfectly with a gentle sweetness, while ginger adds a subtle touch, finishing with a warm, lightly spiced aftertaste.
Crisp, aromatic, and razor-sharp in balance. This bold yet refined sour moves effortlessly between fresh, sweet, and a spicy edge.

Funky Falcon 0.2% - Alcoholfree IPA - 0.2%

The super tasty Funky Falcon Pale Ale, but non-alcoholic and, therefore, even more refreshing! It’s the very same colorful bird of paradise you’re used to, but with just 0.2% alcohol! It’s fantastically flavorful and bursting with citrus and lemongrass aromas and floral notes, a light character, smooth bitterness, and suave finish. A super crushable beer made to keep you feeling fresh.
