Craft Beer

Gent aan de Schinkel heeft naast de vaste bierkaart altijd wisslende bieren. Naast Belgische bieren serveren we ook lokale bieren. Het maakt eigenlijk niet uit waar ze vandaan komen; het draait om craft!

We streven ernaar dat jij bij elk bezoek weer nieuw bier kan proeven.

Er staan bieren in de koelkast die je misschien regelmatig drinkt, maar er zijn ook bieren voor de self proclaimed beergeek en fijnproever. Dit is mega suf om te zeggen, maar we doen het toch: we hebben voor ieder wat wils.

Guilty Monkey - Mango Weizen – Fruited Weizen – 5%

Mango Weizen is a delicious, refreshing, slightly hazy weizen with a subtle tropical twist. The fruity mango flavor blends perfectly with the smooth malt character, while the hops provide just the right finishing touch. All in all, a wonderfully tropical and easy-drinking beer for when you're in the mood for something refreshing!

Jopen - No Sleep Till Haarlem – Fruited Sour – 4.5%

Sharp, juicy, and highly drinkable. Expect fresh acidity with a tropical mix of pineapple and lime, rounded off with a hint of vanilla for a smooth twist. This blonde beer bursts with fruity character, featuring a light body and a thirst-quenching finish.

Moersleutel - Wrench IPA – IPA – 5.5%

Bold and clean flavor profile with vibrant notes of citrus, tropical fruits and hint of gooseberry. Crafted with a dynamic blend of Mosaic, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin hops, in both T90 and Cryo forms. This brew surely delivers a layered hop punch that’s as complex as it is delicious

Brasserie du Bocq - Galouise – Amber Pale Ale – 5.5%

A smooth, easy-drinking amber ale with a deep reddish hue and creamy white head. Aromas of caramel, hazelnut, and a touch of orange zest blend with subtle hints of licorice. Lightly bitter, with malty sweetness balanced by gentle hops. Clean, rounded finish—refreshing yet full of character.

Affligem - Dubbel – Dubbel – 6.7%

Affligem Dubbel is a traditional Belgian dubbel-style abbey beer brewed by the Affligem Brewery. It has a deep brown color with ruby highlights, a rich malty aroma, and flavors of caramel, dark fruit, and a hint of spice. With an ABV of 6.7%, it’s smooth, full-bodied, and balanced with mild bitterness and a warm finish.

Timmermans Brouwerij - Bourgogne des Flanders Blonden OS – Blond – 6.5%

Light and refreshing, it features a pale golden color, soft malt sweetness, and gentle hop bitterness. With subtle fruity and spicy yeast notes, it’s an easy-drinking beer that reflects traditional Belgian brewing craftsmanship. Its lower ABV makes it accessible and ideal for casual enjoyment.

St. Feuillien - Grand Cru – Strong Pale Ale – 9.5%

It pours a pale golden color with a fine, creamy head. This unfiltered beer is known for its refined, complex aroma with notes of fruit, spice, and subtle hops. With an ABV of around 9.5%, it delivers a rich, elegant flavor profile and a dry, crisp finish — a sophisticated brew for discerning beer lovers.
