Craft Beer

Gent aan de Schinkel heeft naast de vaste bierkaart altijd wisslende bieren. Naast Belgische bieren serveren we ook lokale bieren. Het maakt eigenlijk niet uit waar ze vandaan komen; het draait om craft!

We streven ernaar dat jij bij elk bezoek weer nieuw bier kan proeven.

Er staan bieren in de koelkast die je misschien regelmatig drinkt, maar er zijn ook bieren voor de self proclaimed beergeek en fijnproever. Dit is mega suf om te zeggen, maar we doen het toch: we hebben voor ieder wat wils.

Musketeers - Flirt with the Bartender - DIPA – 7.5%

An exuberant hop aroma is released as soon as it is poured. The complex aroma is dominated by citrus zest and ripe orange, reminiscent of vermouth, complemented by the exotic scents of passion fruit, peach and agave. Subtle floral and slightly spicy notes add extra depth.
The aroma of the beer is juicy and fruity, with clear influences of grapefruit, peach and sweet citrus.
The Dolcita hops add a soft, round fruitiness to the flavour. Amarillo provides a round orange-like freshness and, together with Citra, forms a characteristic fresh grapefruit punch finish.
As you take a sip, a firm but well-integrated bitterness builds up, nicely balancing the sweetness.

Sancti Adalberti - Weizen - 5%

A cloudy, golden wheat beer brewed with about 50% wheat malt, giving it a smooth, creamy body.
It features classic weizen aromas like banana and clove from the yeast.
Lightly bitter, refreshing, and very drinkable—ideal for warm weather.

VandeStreek - Hop Art - Glutenvrij IPA - 5.8%

Crisp and refreshing, this gluten-free IPA bursts with bright citrus and tropical fruit flavors like mango, peach, and passionfruit. It has a light body and a smooth, balanced bitterness that keeps it easy to drink. The finish is clean and slightly fruity, making each sip feel fresh and lively. A flavorful yet approachable IPA that delivers full hop character without compromise.

Seef Bier - Unfiltered Blond - 9%

A historic Antwerp beer, hazy and golden with a creamy head.
Combines fruity (banana), spicy (clove), and subtle vanilla notes with a soft, velvety body.
Made with multiple grains (including wheat, oats, and buckwheat), giving it a complex yet balanced taste.

Brasserie St-Feuillien - Bruin - Dubbel Bruin Ale - 8.5%

A rich Belgian brown ale with deep flavors of caramel, roasted malt, dried fruit, and gentle spice. Full-bodied and warming with a smooth mouthfeel. Finishes slightly sweet with complex malt character

Amstel Raadler 0.0%

A blend of alcohol-free beer and citrus lemonade, resulting in a very light and refreshing drink.
Sweet and slightly tangy, with strong lemon notes rather than typical beer bitterness.
Often enjoyed as a thirst-quencher, especially in summer or after sports.
