Craft Beer

Gent aan de Schinkel heeft naast de vaste bierkaart altijd wisslende bieren. Naast Belgische bieren serveren we ook lokale bieren. Het maakt eigenlijk niet uit waar ze vandaan komen; het draait om craft!

We streven ernaar dat jij bij elk bezoek weer nieuw bier kan proeven.

Er staan bieren in de koelkast die je misschien regelmatig drinkt, maar er zijn ook bieren voor de self proclaimed beergeek en fijnproever. Dit is mega suf om te zeggen, maar we doen het toch: we hebben voor ieder wat wils.

Lutgarde IPA - IPA – 6.5%

A Belgian IPA with balanced bitterness and fruity hop aromas like mango, pineapple, and citrus over a light caramel malt base. Smooth and refreshing with a lively hop character. Well-balanced with a crisp, pleasantly bitter finish.

Brasserie Caulier - Paix Dieu - Tripel - 10%

Paix Dieu is brewed following a Cistercian nunnery tradition by producing the beer only during a full moon. This unique, once-a-month, full-moon brewing process results in a creamy, golden, and complex craft beer without filtration or pasteurization.

Uiltje - Bird of Prey - IPA - 5.8%

A vibrant, hop-forward IPA bursting with tropical fruit and citrus aromas. Light-bodied and very drinkable with a refreshing bitterness. A modern IPA that stays crisp while delivering bold hop flavor.


Brewerij Vanhonsebrouk - Brigand - Strong Blond - 9%

A full-bodied Belgian blond with bottle re-fermentation, combining robust bitter notes and subtle maltiness. Aromas of delicate hops and wheat give it a complex character and a dry, lingering finish.


Brothers in Law - Yo Momma - IPA - 6.2%

A bold IPA packed with citrus and tropical hop notes balanced by a subtle malt backbone. Fresh and aromatic with a lively bitterness. Smooth and easy-drinking despite its punchy hop profile.


Chimay Blauw - Strong Dark Ale - 9%

A rich, dark Trappist ale from Chimay with deep malt flavors and warming character. Full and robust, it’s ideal for colder days and pairs beautifully with savory cheeses and hearty fare.

Bourgogne des Flanders Blonden OS - Blond - 6.5%

A top-fermenting artisanal beer, historically brewed at the Bourgogne Des Flandres Brewery in Bruges. Its simplicity ans its natural elegance are evocative of these wonderful beers from another time.

Brasserie St-Feuillien - Bruin - Dubbel Bruin Ale - 8.5%

A rich Belgian brown ale with deep flavors of caramel, roasted malt, dried fruit, and gentle spice. Full-bodied and warming with a smooth mouthfeel. Finishes slightly sweet with complex malt character
