Craft Beer

Gent aan de Schinkel heeft naast de vaste bierkaart altijd wisslende bieren. Naast Belgische bieren serveren we ook lokale bieren. Het maakt eigenlijk niet uit waar ze vandaan komen; het draait om craft!

We streven ernaar dat jij bij elk bezoek weer nieuw bier kan proeven.

Er staan bieren in de koelkast die je misschien regelmatig drinkt, maar er zijn ook bieren voor de self proclaimed beergeek en fijnproever. Dit is mega suf om te zeggen, maar we doen het toch: we hebben voor ieder wat wils.

    De Brabandere Wieze - Tripel – 8.5%


    Wieze Tripel is a golden-blond Belgian tripel brewed by De Brabandere.
    It pours clear to slightly hazy, with a rich golden color. The aroma combines light spice and citrus notes with subtle fruity, hop-driven accents. On the palate it’s pleasantly bitter, crisp, and surprisingly drinkable for its strength, finishing with a gentle, lingering bitterness.

      Lindeboom - Bock - Bock – 6.5%

      Lindeboom Bock is a traditional Dutch bock beer with a deep ruby-brown color and a full, malty character. It offers rich aromas of roasted malt, caramel, and dark fruit, leading to a smooth, slightly sweet taste with hints of toffee and a mild bitterness in the finish. Warming and well-balanced, it’s a classic autumn and winter beer that showcases the craftsmanship of the Lindeboom brewery.


      Sancti Adalberti - Abdijbock -
      Bock – 6.5%

      A robust Dutch bock beer brewed in Egmond, inspired by the monastery’s centuries-old traditions. It pours a deep mahogany color and reveals inviting aromas of caramel, roasted malt, and a touch of dried fruit. The flavor is rich and smooth, with notes of toffee, nuts, and subtle spices, balanced by a gentle bitterness. A warming, full-bodied beer that perfectly captures the spirit of the season.


      Brasserie Dupont - Monk's Stout – Stout – 5.2%

      This very dark beer has lovely aromas of chocolate and coffee, introduced by the use of special roasted malts.
      There is a consistent freshness thanks to the citrus notes from the hops. There is no sweetness on the palate, but rather a clean, marked bitterness; beautifully thirst-quenching.



      Brasserie du Bocq - Galouise – Amber Pale Ale – 5.5%


      A smooth, easy-drinking amber ale with a deep reddish hue and creamy white head. Aromas of caramel, hazelnut, and a touch of orange zest blend with subtle hints of licorice. Lightly bitter, with malty sweetness balanced by gentle hops. Clean, rounded finish—refreshing yet full of character.

      Affligem - Dubbel – Dubbel – 6.7%

      Affligem Dubbel is a traditional Belgian dubbel-style abbey beer brewed by the Affligem Brewery. It has a deep brown color with ruby highlights, a rich malty aroma, and flavors of caramel, dark fruit, and a hint of spice. With an ABV of 6.7%, it’s smooth, full-bodied, and balanced with mild bitterness and a warm finish.

      Bourgogne des Flanders - Blonden OS – Blond – 6.5%

      A crisp and refreshing Flemish blond with a soft malt backbone and subtle fruity hints. Lightly hopped, clean, and easy to drink. It starts gently sweet and finishes dry with a pleasant, balanced bitterness.

      Van Honsenbrouck - Kasteel Cuvee – Quadruple – 11%

      A deep, dark strong ale packed with caramelized malt, dried fruit, and chocolate tones. Rich and full-bodied yet smooth on the palate. The warming finish brings subtle spice and a touch of bitterness for balance.

      De Halve Maan - Straffe Hendrix – Quadrupel – 11%

      Brewed with a refined blend of specialty malts, the beer develops a complex character, combining a clean dryness with notes of coriander, dark fruit, anise, and roasted chestnut. The finish is slightly syrupy.
